Mrs Jane Jane - Headteacher

I am both honoured and excited to have been appointed as Headteacher of Greywood Primary School. It is a privilege to be entrusted with creating a hub for the community and a nurturing haven for our children to grow and flourish.

I am committed to ensuring that children at Greywood feel a sense of belonging, that they believe in themselves and the limitless possibilities ahead of them. Our mission is to help each child thrive and achieve their very best.

Greywood Primary will be a place where each unique child is celebrated; where curious and creative learners are offered enriching opportunities; and where inspiring and engaging teaching helps pupils develop the skills they need for every step of their educational journey – and beyond.

I am very much looking forward to meeting, welcoming and supporting our pupils, their families and the wider Greywood community.

Mrs S Liddle - Reception Teacher

I feel truly privileged and proud to begin my role as Reception Teacher at Greywood Primary Academy. Reception is such a special and magical year—where confidence gently grows, friendships begin to blossom and a lifelong love of learning starts to take root.

I understand how important it is to build strong, caring relationships within a growing community and for every child and family to be seen and feel that they belong.

As a parent myself, I know how precious these early years are. I am committed to nurturing every child with the same care, patience, and kindness I would give my own—celebrating their individuality and ensuring they feel safe, valued and loved for exactly who they are.

My aim is help the children create lasting memories that become a cherished part of their journey and to inspire them to be curious learners who see a world full of endless possibilities.

I am so looking forward to getting to know all the children and their families and to beginning this exciting journey together!
